Hunter Mountain proudly celebrated its 65th birthday today, January 11th, with fresh snow, expanded terrain, and sweet events! Thanks to the dedication of the mountain operations and snowmaking teams, more than 70% of the mountain's terrain was open for skiers and riders to enjoy. The birthday celebration also included indoor festivities like the “65 Prizes in 65 Minutes” giveaway, live music, and complimentary birthday cake.
In honor of this milestone, Hunter Mountain also premiered the first episode of a short documentary highlighting the resort's 65-year legacy and the latest Capital Improvements Project for the 2024/2025 winter season. This episode spotlights the Epic Lift Upgrade, featuring the new Broadway Express and Otis Quad lifts, which are currently spinning now for guests to enjoy.
