The 4 For 44 Team Relay is back and better than ever at Kissing Bridge in Glenwood, NY.
For those who love to run and hang out with their running buddies, the 4 for 44 Team Relay is for you.
How It Works The for 4 For 44 is a four-person, 44-mile relay. Each participant runs four relay legs that are between 2-4 miles each, for a total distance of 8-12 miles per runner.
Where the Fun Comes In Each team travels with their teammates to relay transfer points in their own vehicles, so your team is with you every step of the way cheering you on! Team captains strategize by assigning running legs based on distance and difficulty. Plus, hard work pays off with the after-race party at Kissing Bridge!
