We've Still Got It!

We have tons of snow here and the conditions are amazing! Join us for a super fun weekend here at Oak Mountain. Our famed Cardboard Races are this weekend beginning at 1pm. Make a racer out of cardboard, no metal on the bottom, and race it down the mountain. Several categories of racers based on racer size and age of participants. It is as much fun for spectators as it is for racers. Maybe More!! For the best results do not put a square edge on the front of your racer!!! There will be trophies for Fastest Sled: Ages 7 & under, 8-14 and 15+ and Most Creative! Registration begins at 9:30-12:30! At time of registration, we will ask for your sled's theme song, DJ2T will be mixing during the event and staying for a Dance Party beginning at 5pm.

Then at 2:30pm the Lollipop Races begin for ages 3 - 12. They are a fun way for kids to work on fine tuning their turns and skills. Each week the kids win lollipops. Sign ups are in the ski school.

Sunday we have Oak Mountain Dual SL team event race from 9:30am - 2:30pm. We will mix all of the racers together then create teams. Looking at our numbers there will be 8 teams. Mixed with U8's, U10's, U12's and U14's. All racers will have three runs down the dual panel slalom course on Oak Mountain Run, we will start it below the normal start. The first two runs will be the seeding runs for the bracket. The third run will start the knockout rounds. Winning teams will move on to the next round, until the final round.

Join us in the Acorn, Saturday for some Aprés Ski to hear the music of Isaac French a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist currently sharing time between Vermont and New York. Come by the Acorn for some great fun and great food after a great day of skiing and riding!

March Happenings!

There's a lot happening here this month, so keep this schedule handy so you don't miss out. This Saturday we are bringing back the dance party with DJ2T at 5pm! Lollipop races continue after the Cardboard Sled Race this Saturday. Registration for the Cardboard Sled races begins at 12:30pm and sign up for the Lollipop races at ski school. Sunday we have the ADK Council Dual SL Team Event. 

What's happening in the Acorn:

What could be better than a great day of skiing? Staying for Aprés ski! Joins us Saturday at The Acorn Pub & Eatery for some Aprés fun and enjoy the music of Isaac French 2pm-5:00pm. Come and relax after a great day of skiing and riding with friends and family. There are numerous options for the hungry skier or rider.

We are now booking weddings for the 2026! Oak Mountain is located in a place where everyone embraces the outdoors.
