It’s shaping up to be a snowy holiday season at Hunter Mountain! With about 50% of the mountain open and new trails being added regularly, our snowmaking efforts, and the natural snowfall, are delivering prime conditions across the mountain—including signature terrain like Clair’s Way, which we anticipate opening later this week.
Beyond the slopes, guests can enjoy the bubly Tube Park, offering nearly 1,000 feet of downhill fun! Tickets are available online, and the Tube Park is conveniently located below the Kaatskill Mountain Club, where visitors can unwind with a heated pool, hot tub, delicious dining at the Van Winkle Restaurant, and cozy slopeside lodging accommodations.

This two-run dual race is open to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities and ages. Proceeds from the event will support the Safety on the Slopes (SOS) fund, which provides essential equipment and training opportunities for our Competition and Development Teams.
