Passport Program Instructions

How to Apply

Head to https://www.e4stores.online/GoPassSANY_UI/ and click on the Apply Here button and click on Sign Up on the next screen!

1) Create a parent profile - called the adult profile, this will have the parents name, mailing address and your password for the profile.

2) To purchase a passport for a child click on the button "Purchase a Passport for Another Child".

3) Enter the child's name.

Note: if you were in the program before and it does not let you add your child please put an '!' at the end of your child's first name.

4) Select if they are a boy or girl.

5) Select their birthdate.

6) Once the information looks ok click "Continue".

7) The Ski & Ride Passport will be selected for you, click "Continue".

8) On the next screen select the child's grade.

9) Upload a photo of your child, this will be put on the digital Passport card.

10) Upload a photo or scan of your child's report card, progress report or a photo of their grade portal at school.

11) Click on "Proceed to Checkout" or if you aren't ready for that yet, you can click on "Save and Checkout later".

If you come back to the application later, just login and you will see your child's profile with it listed as "Incomplete". To complete it just click on the "pencil icon" to continue it.

12) Click continue and you will see the checkout page, enter your credit card information to pay the $45 processing fee. We take Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover for payment.

13) Once you process your payment you will receive a receipt on screen that will also be in your profile too.

At that point your application is complete and ready to be processed by SKI NY.

Once processed, usually within 24 hours after November 1st 2024, you will receive an email your child's digital passport card and it will also be accessible anytime in your profile and you can email it to yourself again if you need to.
